This actually made my symptoms worse than they are without any supplements. I felt like I was sinking into a really low place when I was taking them, which can happen without taking something but once I stopped I started to feel back to my “normal”. I expressed my experience to customer service and was hoping for some kind of partial refund at least but they didn’t offer anything. Very disappointing all around especially considering the cost.
