This has changed my life. I am a lot more organised and tidy, Yes I still have bad days but it's not as bad as before. It's not a magic pill that fixes everything but it's definitely made things a lot less difficult!
The weirdest thing is I've stopped biting my nails. Which is a habit I have been trying to stop since I was really young!
