If your thinking about it! Don't!! Just do it. I'm grateful i was given some by a friend, it has drastically changed my work life. I used to lose focus easily and take forever completing tasks however since taking this I can prioritise and complete with ease now.
Don't get me wrong there's still some tough days but this stuff helps. Still a long way to go as this is only the start 💪
