I believe this is working. I'm now on month 3. I had a 4 day break due to ordering issues, but I noticed I was very unstable, my mood man mind became very irratic, and I definitely really struggled with motivation. I'm not sure if this was my hormones or not being on this supplement but I was happy knowing I had them when they arrived. Placebo or not, I'll be staying on them
