I am really happy I came across this product, after research into ADHD behaviours which I now recognise in myself. I have been taking Get Dopa for a month and it is definitely helping - I seem to have more energy, my head feels less chaotic and I have been feeling more positive, motivated and productive. This is after a long time of feeling very much the opposite! I feel good about giving my brain good food that it was lacking.
