I'm currently awaiting medication for my ADHD and have struggled with brain fog, lack of motivation and energy. I have found this product has increased my levels of energy and concentration when i consistantly take it. I also notice when I have forgotten to take it for a few days. Not a magic pill but with consistent use I have definitely noted improvement
