I've only been taking them for about a month, and I'm not great taking them every day, but I have found my brain makes connections quicker - when I'm trying to find a word that just won't normally come to mind my brain seems to be able to find it quicker - am hoping I'll see continued improvements to help with my ADHD the longer I take it.
