My bed came much faster than expected and in great condition, which considering it crossed an ocean and most of North America, is impressive. Good packaging! Very happy with the selection, ordering process, the communication while the order was being fulfilled. On the whole, a lovely experience that I would recommend unreservedly to folks who want a nice bed that doesn't come with the industrial guilt (and shoddy build) of sweatshop furniture.
