Great product and fantastic customer service. I was skeptical with ordering a Bed from the UK but given my experience, I would do it again in a heart beat. A couple recommendations: 1) my package arrived damaged but the contents were intact. Better packaging would be great. 2) The installation instructions could be better. The screws were all bundled in a bag with different lengths and I found myself spending a lot of time just trying to sort it out. It would be much better if there the different sizes were labeled separately. It would also be helpful to have letters associated with each piece to make assembly easier
