The assembly instructions included with the bed were extremely unclear. I paid a handyman to assemble the bed and we spent at least 30 extra minutes trying to figure out what the instructions were saying. Worse yet, it seems that an incorrectly sized wooden piece was included with the bed. However, to date we have no idea because customer service was closed and there's absolutely no additional information online about assembling the bed.
