I have not received my bed. I am very confused about what I need to do to provide import information for customs and FEDUk. I don't import things so I'm not experienced at doing this and although your product looks great on-line. I wouldn't recommend this process to anyone in the US. It just seems a bit too hard. I hope I eventually receive my bed and that I like it. Thank you.
