Let me first start off with the positive: the bed got here in a timely manner considering it was coming from across the world. Once all the boxes arrived, i loved how beautiful the wood was! Definitely great quality. Here are the cons: the instructions it came with are for multiple beds and are a bit vague, just like many other reviews have said. I had many false starts because they didn’t point out what steps to do first. It’s a very simple design so it was easy to figure out in time…but little steps do matter! Once it was finally built we were thrilled with how it looked! But as soon as we got into it, we felt like the slats that support the mattress were bending underneath our weight. After further investigation, we realized the company didn’t send us the middle support rail! We ordered a king sized frame, so it definitely should have come with one. Waiting to hear back from support as to what they decide is best for the integrity of our frame. I’m contemplating on going to the hardware store and having them cut me a support slat at this point because I am afraid to go too far in the middle of the bed. I don’t want to crack the support slats! All in all, was a little disappointing experience so far since we payed a good amount of money for this bed. I know it will be ok in the end but it has been a journey.
