I needed a bed with extra slats and customer service at Get Laid Beds was spectacular. Really, it was delightful to have an actual conversation with a lovely human being (instead of having customer service read from a script). Cara understood what I needed and explained how each extra slat would change the spacing, so I knew exactly what I would be getting. I was a bit nervous about ordering a bed from the UK to be delivered to the US, but my conversation with Cara made me much more comfortable.
