Awful experience. Ordered two very expensive beds. They arrived without all the right pieces. After over a month of back and forth with customer support, and multiple attempts for the company to send the correct pieces (they sent several wrong pieces by mail again which further delayed completion of the bed), we finally gave up and paid a contractor even more money to fix and finish the bed. When I reached out for compensation for the trouble I was offered $150 (after spending $3,000+ on the whole debacle plus an incredible amount of time). Will discourage anyone I know from ever supporting this business.
