The materials are good, this bed is sturdier than most commercial beds. As far as assembly goes, I was missing some screws and the central rail was not completely flat and the dimensions were incorrect. However, I emailed customer service and they are sendiing another rail and some extra screws.
Overall, I think this is a better quality bed than the ones you find in the US at City Furniture, IKEA, El Dorado etc..
