My bed is fabulous but unfortunately the company's service was deeply lacking. One piece of my bed was chipped upon arrival, and the instructions it came with were for a entirely different bed! Thus, I did not have the correct screws or instructions to even screw them in. I was able to purchase my own screws and put it together with my previous construction experience but that would not have been possible for someone without those skills. Love my bed, deeply disappointed in these shortcomings for how much money I paid.
