Total disappointment. After doing a lot of research into solid wood bed frames, I was so exited to find GLB. I was happy to wait the three-four weeks it took to get the bed. The ordering process and delivery updates were great, and I was told that the shipper would be given my delivery instructions (which is uncommon). My bed did arrive on time even though my instructions were not passed on to the shipper, and it was more complex than expected, but I was still excited about the bed until I found that not only were there errors in the poorly designed assembly instructions, there were pieces missing (!). I’m still waiting for these pieces and am sleeping on the floor. I have no idea how good the bed is but so far GLB had been disappointing.
