The slats for the bottoms of the under-bed boxes were totally warped because they are not finished, which is not stated in the product description. We had to cut/sand them to fit into the slots on the side rails. When I called customer service, they refused to give us any discount despite the photos and video we took of the problem. They said we voided the warranty by sanding/cutting them to fit. I will never do business with this company again. Beware.
