Recipient IS delighted with the new London bed. A couple of things to consider: The ninth [mattress support] wood slat arrived quite warped and without the two pilot holes. Naturally, we put that one - unattached - at the foot of the bed. It would be EXCELLENT if we could get a replacement. Next, the finishing washers arrived in the bag of 35mm screws. This was confusing, as those washers are to be used with the 60mm screws.
