The product I feel is excellent. The smell of the hard wood as I drift off to sleep on this bed frame is excellent. My only complaint would be in the process of putting the bed together. I don't think I need better instructions, but some design choices would make the process a bit more Poka Yoke. Adding pilot holes in the side rails and slats would definitely make getting the frame set up a bit easier and help ensure that the weight is evenly distributed on the frame. Other than that, I would defnitely buy another frame from y'all when I need one.
