Customer Service is great!. Too bad the Giesswein leadership ( Markus and Johannes) has decided that carrying men's US 14 and 15 is NOT worth their while (maybe the market too small) from some models. We are not talking about selling the very small or very large sizes from a retail store, but rather from a website (from which GW is supplying the entire world)! The carry cost cannot be that over the top and I do not mind paying a couple of dollars more for the 'very' large sizes. I just bought two pairs of different models of size 14 shoes. I have to return one because it is too small. Having worked in the footwear business for half my working life, we always prided ourselves of saying a size X was a size X, regardless of what model you purchased from us.
