I love the trainers but I was really unhappy with the fact that I did not receive 25% discount as advertised on Instagram, I only got about 11% discount. I’ve emailed you twice about it but got no reply so your Comms are rubbish. I put a comment under your Instagram account and I’ll keep posting a complaint there so that all your followers can see that you don’t give the discount. Next I will complain to Instagram.
