This was my 2nd purchase. Nothing wrong with item. Concern was with delivery. FedEx had a problem with my address so it arrived later than I was informed it would. When box arrived it had seen better days and the item had somehow come out of the internal box.
Apart from that these are the best slippers I've ever had. Don't make your feet sweat and will keep my feet warm over the coming autumn/winter.
