The person that I spoke with was very helpful however I am unhappy with the outcome. I ordered shoes and a left foot insert was put in the right shoe. I was told my only option was to send them back and wait for the new Vent style to come in at the end of November or wait until May 2022 for the style I ordered to come back in stock. I was told that the insert for my shoe and the Vent slipper are the same...so why when that shoe (the Vent) comes in stock in two weeks can't you send one right foot insert? I find it hard to believe that there is not one extra one. These shoes are expensive and I would like to have an insert in it.
