My shopping experience was fine but, I ordered the package on November 28th and it has been at Charles DeGaulle Fed Ex facility since November 30th. While Fed Ex is not Giesswein, they are your chosen method of supply. If the delay clears itself and I receive my order before Christmas, I will be very satisfied with Giesswein.
