I bought a pair of the Wildpoldried slippers . They're a good modern design and do everything they 'say on the tin'. One slight caveat is that they don't come with an insole.
So the only thing between me and my wooden floor was a plastic sole.
So for added comfort I bought a pair of woollen felt insoles. I paid £10 for these - probably over the odds but there you are.
Giesswein sell their own but were out of stock. Beware then as it's an extra cost and they're not a particularly cheap product in the first instance. But they're excellent quality, comfortable ( now!) and and good design. You get what you pay for .
