I LOVE Giesswein and the shoes, but I had to return them because they were too small. Customer service was excellent, very quick to help and very clear in their instructions. Luckily I've found a local seller who stocks Giesswein slippers, so I prefer to try them on for size over there, as I'd come up with 3 different sizes when measuring! So just one star off for sizing uncertainty online.
