I got these after my arches fell and i was looking online for recommendations, I got a EU43 which I normally am, the size 9 uk varies too much. After having worn these for a few weeks I may have been better with an EU42 so I suggest you order both sizes and send which every back, I love them, very supportive and ward anfd can wash , thumbs up
