Dear Giesswein team
I discovered your products recently and really enjoyed them.
Unfortunately, after only few months wearing - the houseshoes I ordered have multiple holes and the sole is not glued anymore.
I am attaching pictures of the product together with the original order number so you can see the product and date.
I would like to hope that I must have gotten some faulty product sample and this is not the regular giesswein quality.
Please let me know if you suggest to replace or refund the product.
