I have purchased several runners previously and been delighted with the products, this time I was really very disappointed to the point that however much we both like the shoes we will move to a competitor for future purchases. We ordered a pair of white men's runners trecieved confirmation of the order and from the delivery company which was fine as we needed them for an upcoming holiday. We then just got a refund through PayPal and despite trying to find out what was happening NO RESPONSE. I expected better but am wiser now !!!
