I need to return the shoes because they lacerated my ankle after 200 meters of walking in them. The top of the heel section is very rigid and cut into my achilles tendon area. The return label creator provides a pdf that is corrupt or something making it very difficult to download or print - I think due to the very very long file name that it generated.
