The first pair was lost and the second pair seemed to have vanished into the ether until a few hours before it was actually delivered.
The slippers look lovely now they have arrived at last, but what a shame they use Evri for delivery, (they may have changed their name from Hermes but they are still one of the worst couriers.) At least the Giessein team respond to complaints, but if they used a better delivery company they wouldn't have so many complaints to deal with.
