I placed my order on the ALLBIRDS website on 7/31...paid by Amex. Allegedly the package was labelled and picked up on 8/01...to this very day, I have NOT received my sneakers. 1) how did I end up with your Co when I ordered from ALLBIRDS 2) where is my freakin order? 3) How is it, I'm told my order is in Germany
