While the product and ordering process is great, it is the shipping that is poor and needs to be improved. I ordered socks that were shipped in a unnecessarily huge box that was destroyed by the time I received it. The postal company had to use packing tape to maintain the integrity of the box. Why not make smaller boxes or use flat envelopes especially for socks?
