After receiving an email to say my items had been processed, sadly 6 days later the tracking number indicated that the parcel had not even been received by the courier! Queries online are mostly with a virtual assistant and had to wait some time to get a 'human' to respond. (I also emailed querying its whereabouts.) I have however received my parcel 9 days after ordering and am happy with the contents.
