Beautifully made slippers. I thought that they would fit the same as Birkenstocks, but they are narrower and the toebox isn't as comfortable for someone with wide feet. I had purchased another pair a few years ago from Giesswein and they were perfect but they were a bit more flexible as they had a soft footed and weren't made to walk outdoors. Shipping was totally amazing and were delivered in less than a week, actually shipping from Austria. I did have to return them because of the fit for me, but customer service was great. I did have a little difficulty using thier website for the return. Even though I selected "English" and the USA , everything was in German. With a few trys of hit and miss I was able to complete my return. I will purchase my origonal soft wool slippers again , even though they cannot be worn outdoors. Highly recommended.
