Bought some woolpops which took a while to arrive. When I opened the delivery the Giesswein box was there but no woolpops / it was empty!! I immediately contacted Giesswein but days have gone by whilst they “investigate”. I suspect the woolpops were stolen in transit as Giesswein had not sealed the box making it easy for some unscrupulous character to open the box and then reclose….
What is disappointing is their approach: they need to “check into it” before sending replacements- this is not good customer service!!
