Colour is just as expected, perfect midnight blue and they are lightweight and great if you, as I do, prefer a less solid sole for a more “ barefoot” feel. The problem is that they just aren’t very warm. It’s not even winter yet and I have had to wear socks (also wool) to try and generate any warmth. So I would conclude: stylish, comfortable and lightweight but maybe best suited to warmer climes than the North East of England. I will be looking elsewhere to find something more snuggly for the upcoming winter months.
