Products are 5* - excellent quality and I'd recommend.
Delivery too stressful: 2 weeks from order to delivery is not great, with no updates in the meantime (awaiting your package not much use). 6 days in an Evri warehouse by the look of it didn't help. Giesswien support are poor at responding to "where is my order" questions.
Need to change delivery and support strategy to match the high quality of the products.
