En fait, je dis médiocre pour une seule raison : j'ai adressé un mail dans la foulée de ma commande pour apporter une modification (c'était le seul moyen d'intervenir sur ma commande, pas de bouton MODIFIER) en demandant de changer une pointure (j'avais commandé 2 paires) en mettant bien URGENT etc... et ça n'a pas été pris en considération. C'est ma seule doléance. L'envoi, sinon, était rapide et impeccable.
