I was able to buy my Giesswein slippers at stores here in the US in the past and always loved them....their comfort, the removable and washable inner sole and all the cute styles. I am returning this pair because they are not as cute, run very small, are uncomfortable and no longer have the removable soles with the arch support. Sadly, I will no longer buy slippers from Giesswein. FYI, I have probably owned 10 pairs over the past several years but your styles and quality are no longer in your slippers. You have lost me as a customer to Haflinger.
