I have used these slippers for years and always been happy with them. But the slippers in my recent order are too small even though I ordered my usual size. The retrieve not said I can't ask for a replacement, only make a new order. But when I tried to do that the price was much higher than my current order. I emailed for advice but have had no reply. Am extremely disappointed with the non existent customer service
