I have just returned the Wool cross alpine shoes to your company. My husband is fan of your products and for that reason i wanted to try the alpine shoes. But unfortunately after two days of trying indoor at home i had enormous blisters on both my ankles. I did not expect that because i thought that the woolen part would be very comfortable. On the contrary, the shoes did not the comfort i expected, especially the inside of the shoes around the ankles was too hard.
For that reason i was glad you give the opportunity to return the shoes.
