The promise of a discount for submitting my email address prompted me to do so because the shoes are expensive. Then I was offered an Additional discount if I gave my phone number. Neither came. I had to ask several times via chat and email. I waited several days and finally got only one of the offered discounts. But never got the other. Because the shoes were a gift I went ahead and ordered them. Then, finally after that, I got the discount emailed for Future orders, to me. These offers should be filled automatically. I should not even have to ask for it. I feel like I was scammed into submitting my information. I do not anticipate making future orders because of this bait and switch behavior. I need to say that I used live chat and email multiple times with poor response time of several days.
