Your products are magnificent--well made, styled and with authentic materials. It is helpful that you give detailed size parameters to select the correct fit. I was shocked at the status of the delivery materials upon arrival. It looked like the package had been opened and resealed with messy tape that stuck to the sweater. Makes me cautious about another order.
