I have bought Villach slippers for many years and continue to do so , even though I think the quality of the slipper of the fabrics used and the durability have dramatically deteriorated- because they are very comfortable and quite chic.I only ever wear them indoors so conditions are very benign! Now , though, I find that the wear is very rapid, wihin a summer ,which never was the case years ago. So I am giving them one more chance. I shall be sending them back for your assessment, if the wear begins very soon.Perhaps someone would reply to my concerns meanwhile? Thank you.
