The slippers were narrower than previous pairs I have purchased, by a quarter inch. The wool is flimsy now. No longer do you have removable, supportive footbeds. I feel the hard floor when I walk. There is no arch support. You used to have cute designs, florals and mountain scenes. No longer. I am thoroughly disappointed, and dissatisfied. There is no reason to be a customer of yours in future.
