The merino sneakers were quickly dispatched, however although we were at home, the parcel was delivered to a pick-up point where they forgot to scan it so it took a couple of calls to the delivery service and a few trips to this pick-up point before we received the parcel. The shoes however are great, my husband does not want other house slippers any more :-)
