Bien qu'appreciant vos produits, je mets une mauvaise note à cause du délai de livraison. Pas reçu le colis commandé voici 12 jours, au lieu des 3 à 5 jours ouvrés annoncés. Je ne sais pas quand il arrivera et je suis coincé en attendant, car vous ne proposez pas de point relais.
