It is difficult to rate your product when it still sits in Cologne (so far 10 days). When I finally was able to talk to a Fedex agent I was told that my order was not lost, but rather sitting in a large container waiting for a flight that could accomadate a large container. Interestingly, I was told that a similar incident occurred for a package that was shipped 3 days before mine. So, Fedex knew this was a problem. You should have been notified before shipping mine. Perhaps a good practice for Giesswein might be to check with the carrier for delays. Then you might choose another carrier to avoid the delay, or at least notify the customer with a more accurate delivery schedule. By the way, I was also told that based on Fedex's experience with delayed packages, I should not expect to see my package until Dec. 19 or 20, at the earliest. That would make it 11 working days, not 3-5.
My poor rating for Giesswein is contingent on what happens from this point forward.
